**American Heart Association HeartCode® BLS — Online Portion**
Complete the online portion of your Basic Life Support training with **Code Blue CPR Services, LLC**. HeartCode BLS is the American Heart Association’s self-paced online learning component for BLS Provider training, designed for healthcare professionals and others who need BLS training for their work or educational program.
The course uses interactive activities and assessments to help students recognize life-threatening emergencies, understand high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, use an automated external defibrillator (AED), and respond to choking. Its adaptive learning format adjusts to each student’s knowledge and performance.
**Course Access**
You will receive a **direct course link** to access your assigned HeartCode BLS course. Sign in or create an American Heart Association account, activate your course, and complete the required online activities.
**Required Hands-On Skills Session**
This is the **online portion only**. You must complete the online coursework before attending a hands-on skills session and provide your online Course Completion Certificate to the instructor.
**Certification**
After successfully completing **both the online portion and the hands-on skills session**, you will receive an **AHA BLS Provider Course Completion eCard, valid for two years**. Completing the online portion alone does not qualify you for a BLS Provider eCard.
