1. Course Retake Policy

Code Blue CPR Services, LLC is committed to helping students successfully complete their training. If you do not pass your class on the first attempt, you may retake the same course one time for free with Code Blue CPR Services, LLC. This free retake applies only to the same course type originally purchased and is subject to class availability. Students must make a good-faith effort to participate, complete all required coursework, follow instructor directions, and meet all course requirements. If a student does not pass after the free retake, additional training, remediation, or a new course registration may be required at the student’s expense.

2. Same-Day Certification Card Policy

For eligible open enrollment courses, students who have prepaid for their class will receive their official certification card the same day the class is completed, provided all course requirements have been met. If you do not receive your certification card within two hours after successful completion of the class, please contact us: Phone: 629-932-0012 Email: training@codebluecprservices.com We will promptly review the issue and resend or resolve the certification card matter as quickly as possible. Certification cards cannot be issued until all required course components are completed, including any required online course, skills testing, written exam, payment, and class documentation.

3. Reschedule Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule your class, you must contact Code Blue CPR Services, LLC as soon as possible. Reschedule fees depend on the course type, timing of the request, class availability, and whether Reschedule Insurance was purchased at checkout.

CPR, AED, First Aid, and Basic Life Support Courses

For CPR, AED, First Aid, and Basic Life Support courses, a reschedule fee of up to $35.00 may apply. This may include, but is not limited to:

• CPR/AED courses
• First Aid courses
• Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED courses
• Basic Life Support courses
• Blended learning skills sessions

Instructor Courses

For Instructor Courses, a reschedule fee of $150.00 may apply. This fee is due to limited seating, instructor scheduling, faculty availability, issued course materials, administrative processing, and reserved training space. Instructor Course reschedule fees may apply to, but are not limited to:

• AHA Instructor Courses
• American Red Cross Instructor Courses
• BLS Instructor Courses
• First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor Courses
• Faculty-led instructor training programs

Reschedule Insurance

Reschedule Insurance may be available for purchase at the time of checkout. If purchased, Reschedule Insurance allows students to reschedule their course without an additional reschedule fee, subject to class availability and any limits or conditions stated at the time of purchase. Reschedule Insurance must be purchased at checkout and cannot be added after registration is completed. Students who do not purchase Reschedule Insurance may be responsible for the applicable reschedule fee based on the course type.

No-Shows and Late Cancellations

Students who miss class, fail to attend, arrive too late to participate, or request to reschedule close to the scheduled class time may be required to pay the applicable reschedule fee before being placed into another class. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

4. Refund Policy

Code Blue CPR Services, LLC is committed to customer satisfaction and doing the right thing, except for course types listed in section 5 below. If you paid for a class but are unable to attend, you may request a refund by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled class start time. Refund requests must be submitted by: Email: training@codebluecprservices.com Phone: 629-932-0012 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time. All approved refunds are subject to a processing/service fee of $10.00 or 5% of the transaction amount, whichever is greater.

5. Non-Refundable Course Types

The following course types are non-refundable once registration, access, scheduling, or materials have been issued.

Online Blended Courses

Due to the issuance of online course access, keycodes, eBooks, or digital materials, no refunds can be provided for Online Blended Courses once access has been issued.

Instructor Courses

Due to the issuance of instructor course materials, online access, keycodes, manuals, administrative processing, and limited seating, no refunds can be provided for Instructor Courses once registration or access has been processed.

1-on-1 Courses

Due to specialized scheduling and instructor assignment, refunds or rescheduling are not available for cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start time.

6. Online Course Completion Requirement

For blended learning courses, students are responsible for completing the required online course before attending the in-person skills session. Students may be required to bring proof of completion to class. Failure to complete the required online portion before class may result in the student being unable to complete the skills session, and rescheduling fees may apply. Online courses should be completed on a laptop or desktop computer when possible. Mobile phones and tablets may not work properly with some online training platforms.

7. Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Using a correct email address and phone number
• Checking email and text messages for course updates
• Completing any required online coursework before class
• Arriving on time
• Bringing required course materials, devices, or documentation
• Following all instructor directions and course rules
• Participating fully in skills practice, testing, and evaluations
• Notifying Code Blue CPR Services, LLC promptly if they need assistance

Failure to meet course requirements may delay or prevent certification.

8. Payment Policy

Payment is required prior to attending class unless written arrangements have been approved by Code Blue CPR Services, LLC. Certification cards, course completion records, training documentation, and access to future classes may be withheld until payment is received in full. Students are responsible for all fees associated with their registration, including course fees, reschedule fees, materials, online access fees, administrative fees, and any applicable processing fees.

9. Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy

By registering for a course, you agree to contact Code Blue CPR Services, LLC directly to resolve any billing, refund, rescheduling, or service-related concern before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. If a student attends class, completes training, receives online course access, receives materials, receives a keycode, receives an eBook, participates in a skills session, or is issued a certification card, the transaction may be considered fulfilled and non-refundable according to the applicable course policy. If a chargeback is filed after services have been provided, Code Blue CPR Services, LLC reserves the right to recover:

• The original course amount
• Any chargeback fees assessed by the payment processor or bank
• Administrative costs
• Collection costs
• Court costs, where applicable
• Attorney’s fees, where permitted by law

A $35.00 chargeback fee may be added to any account where a chargeback is filed after services have been provided or where the dispute is determined to be invalid or in violation of the terms and conditions. Failure to resolve an outstanding balance may result in the account being referred for collections or legal action where permitted by law.

10. Class Changes, Cancellations, and Weather

Code Blue CPR Services, LLC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, delay, or modify a class due to severe weather, instructor availability, emergency circumstances, low enrollment, facility issues, illness, power outages, internet outages, safety concerns, or other conditions outside our control. When possible, students will be offered the opportunity to reschedule into a future available class. If Code Blue CPR Services, LLC cancels a class, students may be transferred to another available class date or offered another resolution based on the circumstances.

11. Certification Requirements

Certification is not guaranteed by attendance alone. Students must successfully complete all required course components, which may include:

• Required online coursework
• Skills practice
• Skills testing
• Written exams, if applicable
• Instructor evaluation
• Full participation in class
• Payment in full
• Required paperwork or documentation

Certification cards will only be issued after all required course components have been successfully completed.

12. Late Arrival Policy

Students are expected to arrive on time. Students who arrive late may not be allowed to participate if they miss required course content, skills practice, testing, or required instruction. If a student arrives late and cannot complete the course, the student may be required to reschedule and pay the applicable reschedule fee.

13. Conduct Policy

Code Blue CPR Services, LLC expects all students to behave respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to remove or dismiss any student from class for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, threatening, disrespectful, inappropriate, or interferes with the learning environment. Students removed from class for misconduct may not be eligible for a refund or free reschedule.

14. Photo and Video Release Consent

As part of our commitment to quality CPR and lifesaving training, Code Blue CPR Services, LLC may photograph or record training sessions for educational, promotional, quality assurance, and business development purposes. By registering for a class, you give Code Blue CPR Services, LLC, its agents, instructors, contractors, and employees permission to capture and use your image, likeness, voice, and participation in photographs, videos, audio recordings, and other media. These materials may be used for lawful purposes, including but not limited to:

• Educational materials
• Training demonstrations
• Marketing and advertising
• Website content
• Social media content
• Internal quality improvement
• Promotional materials

You understand and agree that these materials are the property of Code Blue CPR Services, LLC and may be edited, copied, displayed, published, distributed, or used without compensation. You waive the right to inspect or approve the final product, including written, digital, photographic, video, or electronic formats.

15. Opt-Out of Photo and Video Recording

Participation in photo or video recording is voluntary. If you do not consent to being photographed or recorded, you must notify Code Blue CPR Services, LLC in writing before the class begins. You may indicate this during registration by ticking the box “I do not consent to photographs/videos.” Students who opt out may still participate in training and complete the course but may be asked to sit or participate in areas not being recorded when practical.

16. Communication Consent

By registering for a course, you consent to receive communications from Code Blue CPR Services, LLC regarding your registration, class schedule, course access, certification, payment status, reminders, and related training updates. Communications may be sent by:

• Email
• Phone call
• Text message/SMS
• Registration system notifications

SMS/text messaging is governed by our Text Messaging/SMS Privacy Policy.

17. SMS/Text Message Consent

By providing your mobile phone number during registration, checkout, online inquiry, or other communication with Code Blue CPR Services, LLC, you agree to receive text messages related to your training, registration, reminders, schedule changes, certification, customer service, and promotional messages when applicable. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. 18. Agreement to Terms

By proceeding with registration, payment, or attendance, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You further acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time and that the current version posted on our website will apply.
