Do my students’ payments go through Enroll Nationwide?
No. On Pro you connect your own Stripe, Square or Authorize.net account and students pay you directly. Card numbers go straight to your processor and never touch our website.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no contract. Pro and Platinum are billed monthly after a free trial (until October 30), and you can cancel any time – you keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for.
What does “lock in your rate” mean?
Sign up by October 30 and you keep today’s price – $59 for Pro, $99 for Platinum – for as long as you keep your plan. After October 30 new members pay $79 and $119.
Who can use Basic for free?
Basic is free for instructors aligned with our Training Center. Independent instructors and other organizations choose Pro or Platinum.
Which organizations do you support?
American Heart Association, American Red Cross and other organizations (for example HSI). You can add your own course types for any organization.
What is the Red Cross API gateway?
Our live connection to the American Red Cross. It lets classes you schedule here be posted and managed with the Red Cross without typing them in twice.
When is the AHA API gateway coming?
We’re building it now. Until it launches, AHA classes, filled-in course rosters, skills checklists and eCards are fully managed inside Enroll Nationwide.
Can I move my classes and students over from another system?
Yes. We import classes, rosters and student records – including from Enrollware – so your history comes with you.
I run a Training Center or training site. Is there a plan for us?
Yes – training sites and Training Centers get coordinator dashboards, instructor management and keycode and certificate banks. Contact us and we’ll set up your network.
